makanan kesihatan

we should take supplement for our body..because as a mother,worker..we should maintain healthy

like madu,habbatussauda,bidadari,jok guru ,....etc

but..which one is the best?

kalo untuk wanita yg dah berumahtangga ni bidadari ok kot..sbb member2 gune dorang kate ok...

kalo kite amik fenugreek (pil halba) untuk tambah susu badan..

pastu amik multivitamin

n insyaallah start dis month nak amik antioxidant...

sume tu produk yg cik somi jual kat tempat kerja die..hikhikhik
